In the summer of 2020, we launched our NEW Property Sales service, which offers local home-sellers a very personal, service driven and affordable way to sell their property, with a Selling Fee of 1% + VAT (minimum £1500 + VAT) per transaction, on a NO SALE, NO FEE basis!

We list all types of residential properties ‘for sale‘ in Bury, and all the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester and East Lancashire, and we do NOT hold you to minimum term agency agreements ie 28 weeks (commonplace with many other local estate agents) or enter into any joint agency with any other local estate agents.

We believe that nobody knows your home better, or is better suited to sell your home than you, but we understand that you need some professional assistance when it comes to marketing, advertising, accompanied viewings, negotiations and that all-important sales progression. That’s where our Jacob’s Ladder property team comes in!

The format for this consultation is an informal two way discussion, and it’s certainly not a sales pitch!

Once instructed as your property sales agent, we will take multiple, well-lit, beautiful photographs of your home, and present them online in an interesting way, detailing in pictures what life in your property is really like.

Our transparent Selling Fee of 1% + VAT (minimum £1500 + VAT) per transaction, can help keep your sales costs down, meaning you’ll have more money left to spend on your new property!

Our Senior Property Consultant Simon Holland will personally oversee the entire progression of your property sale, from the first phone call, the Market Appraisal and then all the way to completion, and if you ever need to speak with him about the sale of your property, he will be available and always happy to do so.
