In the summer of 2020, we are launching our NEW Property Sales service, which will offer local home-sellers a very personal, service driven and affordable way to sell their property, with a Selling Fee of 1% (minimum £1500) per transaction, on a NO SALE, NO FEE basis!
We will list residential properties ‘for sale‘ in Bury, and all the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester and East Lancashire, and we will NOT hold you to minimum term agency agreements ie 28 weeks (commonplace with many other local estate agents) or enter into any joint agency with any other local estate agents.
We believe that nobody knows your home better, or is better suited to sell your home than you, but we understand that you need some professional assistance when it comes to the marketing, advertising, accompanied viewings, negotiations and that all important sales progression.
