Jacob’s Ladder are a small team of property professionals, led by Bury born and bred Simon Holland, and are based in Edenfield Village, just outside Ramsbottom.
Our location just off the M66 motorway connects us to the wider North West of England, but the majority of our property business is in Bury, and the surrounding towns and villages across Greater Manchester and East Lancashire.
At Jacob’s Ladder, we specialise in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and from the summer of 2020, we will also be offering our NEW Property Sales service to our valued clients.
Our property team can be contacted outside of normal office hours for you to speak with a member of our staff, book accompanied property viewings or report property maintenance issues, including Sundays in the event of emergencies.
On a daily basis our property team strive to offer you a professional, yet incredibly personal service and we often tailor make our services to meet the needs of the home-seller, professional property investor, private landlord or tenant.
Our property team have extensive knowledge of all local property markets, and we can help you find the perfect property, whether you are a prospective buyer, tenant or a landlord looking to grow your portfolio.
As property owners and landlords ourselves, we understand that many of our clients are busy people, so with this in mind, we offer a full range of professional property related services, from local and reputable contractors, designed to help save you time.
We have excellent working relationships with local companies such as AFG Law Ltd, Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd, Connect Electric Ltd, RL Lovatts Roofing Ltd, Mortgage Advice Bureau, to name but a few.
Our range of professional property related services we offer include the provision of ‘Energy Performance Certificates‘ (EPC’s) Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and we can take care of all aspects of ongoing property management, ranging from rent collection, dealing with general property repairs and scheduled maintenance, as well as assisting with property development projects such as loft conversions, extensions and larger scale renovations.
Our property team also keep up to date on ever changing laws and legislations within the residential property industry, and our experienced staff, who all live locally, are trained to very high, nationally accredited standards.
Our service charges are not ‘mates rates‘, they are simply ‘great rates‘ and being an online, responsive property business means we do not need to pass on the high costs associated with on-street premises to our valued clients. We’re sure you’ll agree our service charges are extremely competitive, and 100% transparent!
