We will do our very best to personally assist you through all aspects of our property rental process, from helping you find your ideal property to explaining the paperwork and referencing processes normally associated with renting a property.

We offer an extremely professional and flexible service, designed around your timescale and to suit your needs. We are available for accompanied viewings during our normal office hours which are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, or Saturdays 10am – 2pm, as well as early weekday evenings up until 7:30pm and Saturday afternoons, to suit your busy lifestyle. We can be contacted by telephone or email to answer any questions or deal with any concerns you may have.

We offer guidance to help you understand our tenancy application forms, our tenancy agreements and we also offer a market leading Tenant Referencing service via Let Alliance, a well respected and nationwide tenant referencing and insurance specialist, designed to help you make your decision and know as soon as possible whether your tenancy application for one of our properties has been successful (usually within 48 hours but a maximum of 15 days is allowed).

For your added peace of mind, we work very closely with all of our landlords and offer them advice on repairing and maintaining their properties so that they offer you a clean, warm and comfortable property that you will be happy to call home.

We ensure all the properties we offer to let conform to current legislation regarding electrical, gas and fire safety checks and we offer a full property management service to take care of any repairs and maintenance issues that may arise during the period of your tenancy.
